摘要
目的 研究脑缺血与脑细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因的关系以及针药结合治疗作用。方法 应用阻断兔大脑中动脉建立脑缺血模型,观察脑细胞凋亡及其相关调控基因C-myc、Bcl-2蛋白表达及SOD、LPO变化情况。结果 脑缺血可引起细胞凋亡,C-myc和Bcl-2的阳性表达结果支持细胞凋亡情况,且伴发自由基损伤。结论 脑细胞凋亡及自由基损伤可能参与脑缺血的发生和发展,针药结合治疗有良好的作用。
Objective To study the relationship of ischemic cerebral disease with cerebral cell apoptosis and its regulatory gene, and the effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Methods The experimental animal mould of ischemic cerebral disease was founded by blocking up the cerebral media arterial of rabbit. To observe the changes of cerebral cell apoptosis and its regulatory gene C-myc, Bcl-2 and SOD, LPO. Results Ischemic cerebral disease can induce cerebral cell apoptosis and attacking of free radical. Increase in genetic expression of C-myc and decrease ingenetic expression of Bcl-2 supported the finding of cerebral cell apoptosis. Conclusion Cerebral cell apoptosis and attacking of free radical are partly related with the development of ischemic cerebral disease, and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has significant effect.
