益母草与川芎合煎液中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定

The Determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Mixed Simmered Liquid of Herb Leonuri and Rhizome Chuanxiong

目的 建立益母草与川芎合煎液中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法 样品酸化后经强酸性阳离子交换树脂纯化,采用薄层色谱扫描法测定。结果 盐酸水苏碱在4.8～14.4μg范围内点样量与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系。平均回收率为97.72%,RSD为2.56%。结论 本实验建立的含量测定方法简便、可靠。

Objective To determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in mixed simmered liquid of Herb Leonuri and Rhizome Chuanxiong. Methods The sample was purefied through strong acidic cation-exchange resin after being acidified, then determined by TLCS. Results A good linearity was shown at the range of 4.8～14.4mg. The average recovery was 97.72% and RSD was 2.56%. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable.
