By concluding and retrospecting the experience of Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College in the past eight years of my career,it emphasizes that to make a vocational college develop correctly,we must grasp a key point-leader group construction,emphasize a center-teaching,stick to a main line-employment orientation,and keep a prominent character-production,learn and research combined education.
