体育课堂教学中进行心理素质教育是对学生全面发展及深化素质教育的要求。实施心理素质教育应遵循主体性、平等性、活动性、协同性、成功性、创造性等原则。提高教师的心理素质、教学艺术和调控能力,创造良好的体育教学课堂心理气氛,使学生适应各种学习方法,培养学生良好的心理素质是体育课堂教学中实施整体素质教育的基本策略。

Conducting mental diathesis education in sports class teaching is the request for the full-scale evolution of the students as well as for the deepening diathesis education. The implement of mental diathesis education should be in accordance with the principals of go-aheadism, equality, activity, cooperation, success, and creation. It is the basic strategy in conducting mental diathesis education in sports class to improve teachers' mental diathesis,art of teaching and ability of controlling, to create a better atmosphere in class for the students to adjust the various methods and courses, and to cultivate a better mental diathesis for the students.
