To develop social adaptation,college students should realize the most important significance of it firstly,and then know all kinds of factors affected their social adaption .The most important part is that they acquire social adaptation by learning actively .College students' social adaptation include self-cognition, independent life ,communication with others ,learning by themselves ,copement with setback and creativity.
