摘要
本文通过对新材料65MnV进行力学性能、组织晶粒度、冷加工性能、耐磨性等一系列试验,对实验结果深入分析.对比原塑料磨具整体淬火顶杆常用材料65Mn的力学性能和使用时的局限性,针对塑料磨具整体淬火顶杆的技术要求,确定65MnV具有更好的综合性能,可有效避免使用失效,提高使用寿命.
The paper is analyzing the result of experience of the new 65MnV steel, with mechanics performance ,the abrasion proof ,the cold machining performance .Compared with mechanics performance and localization used by 65MnV steel and all old quenching ejector pins material of the plastics dies,it is ensured that 65MnV steel makes better general performance than the intrinsic material,and is effective to abstain abate and to advance its life of using.
