摘要 论述了近年来不协调的医患关系产生的原因(除去患方原因)、表现及改变对策,强调医务人员在医疗活动中要严格遵守国家的法律、法规、规章制度、操作规程一即严格自律,同时要求医疗机构在规范医疗行为中建章立制,教育医务人员遵从传统的道德观,树立正确的价值观,尊重患者.理解患者.识别患者的期望,满足患者的需求一诚信服务,以自律和诚信重建医患关系。 The article discusses the causes (except the causes of patients), expression and the policy to change it. The article emphasizes that the medical care providers should strictly observe national laws, regulations, rules and operational instruction manual, namely strict self-discipline, meanwhile, medical institutions should, in standardizing medical performance, work out regulations and rules and educate medical care providers to observe traditional moral principles, to have correct value system, to respect and understand patients, to recognize the expectation of patients and to meet their need. To rebuild the relationship between medical care providers and patients by self-discipline and sincere service.
