摘要
针对大型多中心国家攻关课题研究时间长、样本量大、涉及研究中心众多的特点,作为承担单位的北京医院科研处,协助课题负责人本着对国家高度负责的精神,抓住大型、前瞻性、多中心研究课题组织实施中的关键问题,注意主要环节的落实;认真仔细地推敲课题的实施方案和各项技术标准;认真严格地进行质量控制,认真及时地进行课题组内信息沟通,采取了确保课题实施过程中的全程动态管理;保证了国家攻关课题实施的质量与进度。经过前三年的研究达到了预期目标,取得了对慢病控制的肯定效果,并为课题后两年进一步的实施奠定了良好的基础,积累了管理经验。
Aiming at the characteristics of long period of time, large sample and many research centers involved in conducting tackling key subjects in national large-scale, prospective and multiple-centered study, the Research Department of Beijing Hospital as the unit to conduct the project, with high responsible sense to the government, grasps the keys in organizing large, prospective and multiple-center study in helping the subject responsible person, pays attention to the keys; carefully studies the scheme to implement the project and various technical index; strictly controls quality; carefully and timely conducts in-subject team communication of information and dynamic whole-process management to guarantee the implementation of the subject; guarantees the quality and progress for the implementation of national tackling key subject. Through first 3- year study, the proposed target was achieved, and positive effectiveness for chronic disease control obtained, as a result, a good foundation and managerial experience have been obtained for the further implementation in the final 2-year period.
