Technical improvement for declining color index of sebacic acid made from castor oil

摘要 通过分析癸二酸的生产工艺,对其生产过程中影响色值的主要因素进行了研究,指出了一些导致色值偏高的原因。介绍了几种提纯癸二酸、降低色值的改进措施,如在裂解工序加碱量要小心控制、加入的苯甲酚要除去以及建议用大孔性树脂代替活性炭,并对使用脲以及使用甲酸和高纯氨气进行的反应提纯两种方法进行了着重说明。 The main factors that affect the color of the sebacic acid made from castor oil were studied through the tracking of the production technology.To decline the color index,some actions are recommended as follows:In the splitting step,the alkali added must be carefully controlled while the cresol added must be removed after the splitting.During the acidifying step,the acid should not be over dosed.During the decorization,big pore resin is recommended to be used instead of the active carbon.Two purification processes for sebacic acid product using urea and ammonia-formic acid were introduced.
