高产蛋鸡放养对生产性能和鸡蛋品质的影响

Effects of Stocking on High-yielding Layer Performance and Egg Quality

选择一种矮小型高产蛋鸡农大3号,60只按常规进行笼养,60只进行室外林地散养。试验从3月份开始,11月份结束,共273天。结果表明,饲养日产蛋量散养鸡比笼养鸡低9.5%(207.5个和229.3个),差异显著(P<0.05);平均只日耗料基本接近(88.9g和89.2g),180日龄和280日龄蛋重散养鸡显著低于笼养鸡,蛋形指数散养鸡蛋比笼养鸡蛋大,蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度差异不显著。哈氏单位以及蛋黄颜色散养鸡蛋要优于笼养鸡蛋。

We selected a kind of dwarf high-yielding layer(CAU-3)to be stocked.60 hens were reared in cage and 60 hens were stocked in the forestry.This experiment began in March and ended in November,total 273 days.The results showed that total eggs of stocking hens was significantly lower than caging hens(207.5 vs.229.3)(P<0.05).Feed intake per hen per day of the stocking group was closed to the caging group (88.9g vs.89.2g).Average egg weight of the stocking group was significantly lower than that of the caging group.Egg shape index of the stocking group is higher than that of the caging group.Egg shell strength and shell thickness didn't exist difference between stocking group and caging group.Haugh unit and yolk color and taste of the stocking eggs were better than the caging eggs.
