摘要 采用 4因素 3水平 9组正交试验法 ,优化了自耗电极自动送进系统的电渣熔铸工艺参数 ,得到了铸锭质量好、重熔效率高的结果。研究表明 ,工作电流和渣量是主要影响因素 。 On the basis of orthogonal experiments of four factors,three levels and nine groups,the process parameters of electroslag smelting casting with automatic feeding system of consumable electrode were optimized,resulting in high quality ingot and high remelting efficiency.The research showed that the working current and slag were the primary control factors,and the cooling rate was the subordinate control factor.
