摘要
武钢第二炼钢厂 3号连铸机由全弧型改为直弧形 ,采用了可升降蝶式旋转台、可调宽结晶器、液压正弦 非正弦振动机构、动态软压下、动态二冷水、连续弯曲 连续矫直等实用新技术。一年多的生产实践表明 ,改造后的铸机产能和生产稳定性提高 。
During a modification period of №2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO,its №3 Caster was modified from the curve-type into the straight-curve type.Many advanced technologies,such as butterfly lifting-turning table,adjustable mold,hydraulic sinusoidal/non-sinusoidal oscillation,dynamic light reduction,dynamic second cooling,and continuous bending/continuous straitening,were adopted.Over one year practice showed that the production capacity of №3 Caster increased and the slab quality improved as well.
