树的人工饲养与管理

Raising and management of Tupaia belangeri ssp. Chinensis

树归属于灵长目与食虫目之间独立的目——攀目 ,已被广泛应用于医学和生物学研究中。然而目前国内外用于实验研究的树主要来自野外捕捉 ;也未见有关树批量人工繁育的文献报道。作者通过1 6对树的繁育来摸索树的人工饲养与管理方法 ,繁育出了一定数量的 G1 后代。本文将从树的饲养环境与笼舍设备、饲料与饲喂方法、饲养管理的基本要点以及不同生理周期采取的不同饲养技术和管理方法等方面进行详细地介绍。

Tupaia belangeri ssp. chinesis belongs to Scandentia, which is an independent Ordo between Insectivora and Primate,and has been widely used in medical and biological studies. However, at present tree shrews used for experimental reseach in China and abroad mainly come from the captured from field, and by now there are also no literature about the artificial rearing of tree shrews batchly. The experiment on artificial rearing of 16 couples of tree shrews was conducted to explore the techniques of raising and management,and some G_1 offsprings were produced. In this paper the raising environment and cases, feeding stuff , raising techniques, the basic management and different techniques of raising and management according different physiological cycle, etc. about tree shrews are introduced in detail.
