Net-culture and Morality

网络文化具有开放性、互动性、不可控性、创新性、渗透性等基本特点。在建设与我国社会主义精神文明相适应的网络文化过程中,出现了社会主义文化与网络融合迟缓、过度追求商业效益、不良信息蔓延等问题。为此,我们要采取适当的对策,提高人们对网络文化的认识程度,加强网络建设工作,尽快构建与社会主义精神文明相适应的网络文化。

Net-culture holds some fundamental features of openness, communication, non-control, innovation and penetrability. During the time of building the net-culture compliant with our socialism morality, the amalgamation of socialism culture and internet appears too slow, commercial value is over pursued, and malinformation spreads in high speed. Therefore, we have to build up the net-culture compliant with our socialism morality when strengthening the internet construction.
