膜生物反应器处理生活污水的研究

Study on Treatment of Municipal Wastewater by Membrane Bioreactor

膜生物反应器是废水生化处理与膜分离技术有机结合的一项新技术。通过膜生物反应器处理生活污水实验,研究了处理效果与污水停留时间、污泥负荷之间的关系,探讨了膜孔径的选择、恢复膜通量的化学清洗方法.实验结果表明:膜生物反应器对生活污水中COD、BOD5、SS、浊度的去除率分别达到90%～97%、97%～99%、92%～99%、98%～100%;出水水质好、宜于回用。

The membrane bioreactor is a new technology combining membrane technology with bioreaction.Through experiment the influence of sewerage retention time and sludge loading were investigate.The selection of suitable membrane pore size and washing way were discussed.Results show that the membrane bioreactor has high removal efficiency of COD(90% - 97%),BOD5(97% - 99%),SS(92% - 99%)and turbidity(98% - 100%).The treated water could be reused.
