摘要
自流化床被引进冶金还原过程以来,铁矿石还原失流现象就一直阻碍着它的应用和推广。为解决此问题,本文研究了自成球流化分离的特性。在冷态下,对不同粒度、密度的颗粒进行流化分离实验。实验结果表明采用该方法在一定程度上可以缓解流化过程中的粘结问题。此方法为解决流化过程中颗粒粘结问题提供了一个新的研究方向。
Iron ore can' t be fluidized normally in high temperature since fluidized-bed was introduced in metallurgy industry.This hinders the development and popularization of fluidized-bed technology.The fluidizing and segregating characteristics of self-forming pellets have been studied in this paper.Particles with different density and granularity were fluidized and segregated in cold state.Results show that pellet' s sticking problems could be solved to a certain extent and could be used as a guide for solving such problems.
