On the Educational Innovation of Textile Colleges Under the New Situation

在全面建设小康社会的新形势下,面对加入WTO后纺织品服装贸易自由化,要提高国际竞争力,就要培养大批外向型复合人才。据此,本文以经济全球化、科学技术发展迅猛、WTO的有关规则立论,审视我国纺织高等教育,对推进纺织高等教育创新提出了新的见解。

With our country joining the WTO and beginning to build well-to-do society in our all-around way, all kinds of wide-educated talents are expected to help to enhance the international competitiveness of our country, and to meet the requirement of the trade liberalization of the fabrics and clothing around the world. This article has examined the higher education about the textile of our country, and given new suggestions to lead its innovation, taking into account economic globalization, rapid development of science and technology, and relevant rules of WTO.
