盆底肌锻炼治疗压力性尿失禁效果的系统评价

Pelvic Floor Exercises for Stress Urinary Incontinence in a Systematic Review

目的 检测盆底肌锻炼对压力性尿失禁的治疗效果。方法 经系统文献回顾 ,筛选出 4个随机临床试验 ,进行Meta-分析 ,对判断指标进行评价。结果 盆底肌锻炼对“治愈”、“有效”、“无效率”、自觉尿失禁症状和排尿紧迫感等判断指标的作用 ,有显著意义 ;但对盆底肌快速收缩肌力和最大尿道闭合压力的作用 ,无显著意义。结论 盆底肌锻炼对压力性尿失禁治疗有效。

Objective To test the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercises for stress urinary incontinence. Methods Four randomized clinical trials in the systematic review were used to evaluate the effectiveness by Meta-analysis. Results There were significantly effective in the criteria of “cure”, “improved”, “unchanged”, “self-assessment of incontinence” and “urinary urgent feeling”,but not significantly effective in changing “pelvic muscle contractions” and “urethral closure pressures”. Conclusions Based on the review, it may have positive effect on pelvic floor muscle exercises for stress urinary incontinence. However, the evidence is not strong due to the general low methodological quality. Further high quality randomized clinical trials in large group are needed.
