预防经皮冠状动脉腔内成形加支架置入术后低血压的护理研究

目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)加支架 (Stent)术后低血压的防治。方法 针对PTCA +Stent术后低血压发生的原因 ,对 80例PTCA +Stent病人采取预防血管迷走反射、预防血容量不足、做好心理护理、加强监护 ,密切观察病情等措施。观察低血压的发生率并与 80例按一般常规护理的对照组进行对比。结果 干预组低血压的发生率为 2 .5 % ,对照组低血压的发生率为 1 2 .5 %。结论 对于PTCA +Stent患者采取改良的护理措施 。

Objective Probed the preventing and treating of hypopiesia after PTCA and Stent. Methods According to the reason of hypopiesia occurrence after PTCA and Stent, 80 patients post PTCA and Stent were taken measures of preventing vague reflex of vessels, shortage of plasma volume and did psychological nursing well, strengthened monitor, observed the state of illnesses closely et al. Observed the occurrence rate of hypotension and made a comparison with 80 patients who were nursed by routine in control group. Results The occurrence rate in experiment group was 2.5% and the occurrence rate of hypotension in control group was 12.5%. Conclusions Improved nursing measures were taken to the patients with PTCA and Sten , which has obvious effect to reduce the occurrence rate of hypotension.
