“优拓”敷料用于皮肤挫伤患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Applying “You Tuo” Dressing to Skin Contusion Patients

目的 探讨优拓对皮肤挫伤的修复效果。方法 于 2 0 0 1年 1 2月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月将 1 2 4例皮肤挫伤患者 1 5 6处创面随机分为两组进行对照 ,观察组常规清创后创面用优拓覆盖 ,对照组常规清创后行传统干燥疗法。结果 两组创面感染发生率无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,创面愈合天数 ,观察组较对照组明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且疼痛减轻。结论 优拓对皮肤挫伤的愈合具有良好的促进作用。

Objective Probed the fixing effect of 'You Tuo' dressing to skin contusion. Methods From December,2001 to July, 2002, 124 skin contusion patients` 156hurts were divided into 2 groups by random. Patients` hurts in experiment group were covered with “You Tuo” dressing after routine clearing hurt, and patients` hurts control group were taken traditional dry treatment. Results There were no statistics difference in occurrence rate of hurt infection,(P>0.05). Experiment group was shorter than control group obviously in the numbers of hurt concrescence days , (P<0.01), and the pain was reduced. Conclusions “You Tuo” had good accelerating concrescence effect to skin contusion.
