制度变迁方式不同 ,制度供给的方式也不同。在强制性制度变迁方式下 ,制度供给是累计减少的 ,在诱致性制度变迁下 ,制度供给是累计增加的。文章先提出上述假设 ,再以中国农村制度变迁方式来检验诱致性制度变迁下的制度供给方式。其结论是在诱致性制度变迁下同一轨迹的制度供给是累计升级的。
