The opening circumstances of finance have brought about some new problems in our financial reform and development. In order to avoid the same financial crisis afflicting Southeast Asia, this paper, based on an analysis of the problems in China's financial reform and development, put forward the development emphases in the development of our financial development and provide references for policy makers.
