摘要
为探讨养血软坚胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用进行了动物实验。结果显示,养血软坚胶囊对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀 和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,能够明显提高小鼠热板法痛阈,抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应率。提示 该药具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。
The anti-inflammation and analgesic effects of 'Yangxue Ruanjian Capsule' were studied in animals. Results showed that the Capsule could obviously suppress the auricle and paw swelling, increase pain threshold strikingly and inhibit body torsiversion, suggesting than the Capsule is quite effective for anti-inflammation and analgesia.
