根据金属型生产铸件的过程 ,通过正交试验 ,试制成功的一种水基铝矾土保温涂料 ,能够减少金属型的热冲击 ,提高金属型的使用寿命 ,并能降低铸件表面粗糙度。
The hydrated bauxite made by positive intersect experiment according to the process of metallic producing casting can reduce the thermal shock and lengthens using period of the close double star,which also improve the smoothness of the surface casting.
