摘要
现代排球技术中 ,扣球技术结构最为复杂 ,教学难度也最大。研究扣球技术的教学方法必须弄清扣球技术动作的结构 ,从技术的重点、难点入手 ,需要抓住关键环节 ,采用分解、辅助和诱导的练习方法 ,逐步过渡到完整的技术练习 ,在完整教学阶段也要有针对性的施以辅助教法手段 ,促进技术发展 ,缩短教学时数 ,有利于形成正确的扣球技术的“动力定型” ,从而掌握正确的扣球技术 ,更好地运用到比赛当中。
