宁夏青铜峡市广武山矿点资源保护与开发的研究

Study on the protection and development of mineral resource in Guangwu Mt of Qingtongxia city of Ningxia

通过对宁夏青铜峡市广武山重晶石矿点的实地踏勘调查,笔者认为对其进行矿产资源保护有重要的社会、经济和生态效益,并对宁夏未来的发展能够提供一定的资源保证.文章提出以区域矿产资源规划为基础,划定一定范围的矿产资源保护区,通过加强宣传、管理和进一步的地质勘察,从而更好地实现地区矿产资源的保护;最后对宁夏地区这一稀缺的矿种进行资源保护后的社会、经济和生态三方面的效益进行了预见性评价.

Mineral resources are non-renewable natural resources. At present, mineral resources protection and sustainable use is a strategy of our country. But in Guangwu Mt of Qingtongxia city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the barytes mineral has not been properly protected for a long time. By investigation on the diggings, this paper puts forward several measures to protect its mineral resources, social, economic and natural benefits, and supply resource guarantee in some degree for Ningxia's further development. Besides, this paper states that to fulfill resource protection relies on regional mineral resource planning, its fundamental techno - path to divide proper mineral resource protection areas, and the basic measure focused on promotion, management and further geological exploring work. Finally, a predictable estimation of the social, economic and natural benefits of protecting the scarce mineral resource in NingXia Hui Autonomous Region has been stated.
