高职学院学习型干部培养的思考

On the Training of Studying Type Cadres in Higher Vocational College

形成学习型社会是全面建设小康社会目标之一。高职学院干部担负着培养社会主义现代化建设接班人的重任,应走在时代的前列,争当学习型干部。学习型干部有懂政治、博学问、精教育、勤调查、善科研、终身学的特点。做学习型干部要克服“差不多、无所谓、摆样子、没时间”等错误思想,要以科学的态度对待学习。

Forming studying type society is one of the goals in building well-off society. The college cadres are charged with important tasks that we train successors for building modern socialism. We should take the lead in them as studying type cadres, which are characteristics with a good grasp of politics, great learning, a good cormmand of education, an in vestigation freguently, good sciemtific researches and study for life. If we want to become studying type cadres, we must overcome wrong thinhing of not seeming to care, or not having time, and study by scientific methods.
