试析高等教育大众化背景下高职院校的就业指导

An Analytical Study of Employment Guidance of Higher Vocational College under Background of Massive Higher Education

高等教育的大众化必然导致高校毕业生就业的大众化,高职院校应以就业为导向,更新就业指导观念,加强就业指导机构建设和人员培养,科学设置就业指导内容,创新就业指导措施,改进人才培养模式,这样才能实现人才培养目标。

Massive higher education necessarily leads to massive employment of graduates. High vocational colleges should be directed under employment, renew their mentality on employment guidance, strengthen the construction of employment service agencies and personnel trainings, scientifically set up employment contents, renovate employment guidance measures, ameliorate modes for talents cultivation and ultimately realize the goal of talents cultivation.
