梅尼埃病鼓室注射庆大霉素前庭功能的变化及代偿

摘要
近十年来,为了控制梅尼埃病患者眩晕的发作,利用氨基甙类抗生素的耳毒性作用,用经鼓室内注入庆大霉素的方法进行“化学性迷路切除”,这一方法在临床上已取得了良好的效果。本文就该治疗后的前庭功能的变化及代偿情况进行综述。
