摘要 目的经过反复研究与试验提出四氯化碳热解吸气相色谱测定法。方法本文使用FFAP色谱柱测定工作场所中的四氯化碳。空气中的四氯化碳用活性炭管采集,热解吸,气相色谱氢焰离子化检测器检测。结果本法的检测限为3×10-3μg/ml。标准曲线线性范围(0.0125~0.50μg/ml),解吸效率在90%以上,样品可在冰箱内保存5天。结论此方法灵敏度高,实验室操作简便,工作人员尽可能少接触毒物。 Objective The method for the determination of carbon tetrachloride in workplace air thermal desorption gas chromatographic is described. Methods The carbon tetrachloride in workplace air were sampled by activated carbon and were analyzed by thermal desorption with gas chromatographic FID used FFAP column. Results The detection limit of the method was 3×10-3ug/ml, and the linear ranges was 0.0125~0.50μg/ml. The recovery of carbon tetrachloride was above 90%. The sample stored in refrigerator were stable in 5 days. Conclusion The results showed that the method has the advantages of good detection limit and very convenient.
