论邓小平对马克思主义人权理论的新发展

Deng Xiaoping′s New Development of the Theory of Maxist Human Rights

人权问题是马克思主义理论中的一个重要问题,也是当今国际国内政治和意识形态领域斗争的一个焦点问题。社会主义的历史证明,能否坚持和发展马克思主义人权理论,搞好社会主义国家的人权建设和人权保障,关系到社会主义事业的前途和命运。邓小平在领导我国社会主义建设的实践过程中,继承坚持和丰富发展了马克思主义人权理论。本文试就这一问题进行了粗略的探讨。

The problem about human rights is not only important in the theory of Marxism but also a focus on the struggle of the politics and ideology field at home and abroad. Construction and security of human rights concerned with the prospect of socialistic career. In the practice of leading construction of our socialism, Den Xiaoping succeeded and enriched the Marxism theory of human rights. This article try to give a rough investigation on this point.
