摘要
村民代表会议是村民自治过程中的一种间接民主形式,是村民会议的必要补充。建立村民代表会议制度在集中广大村民的智慧、监督村务的实施、融洽干群关系等方面具有重要的现实意义。
The system of villagers' autonomous representative conference is an indirect democracy form in the course of villagers′ autonomy and would be regarded as a necessary supplement to the villagers′ assembly. It is of great practical significance to set up the system in summing up the masses′ wisdom, supervising the enforcement of the village affairs and blending with mutual feelings and understanding between cadres and the masses.
