摘要
邓小平就中国"三农"问题,即农业、农村和农民问题所发表的一系列讲话和谈话,形成了其特色鲜明的"三农"思想。邓小平认为,在中国,农业的根本地位始终不能忘,农村的问题应该首先解决,农民的积极性要给予激发和保护,否则,这些问题就会影响到社会主义现代化建设的顺利发展。在新的历史时期,我们必须以邓小平的"三农"思想为指导,采取综合性的措施,以解决日益突出的"三农"问题。
Deng-Xiaoping has made a series reports and talks on the problems of the agriculture, the country and the peasantry of China that comprise his characteristic ideas on them. Deng-Xiaoping thinks, in China, we should not forget the basic seat of the agriculture anytime, we should solve the problem on the country firstly and the activity of the peasantry should be effectively stimulated and protected. Otherwise, it is no doubt that these problems will influence the smoothly development of our socialism modernization constructions. In the new historical period, guided by Deng-Xiaoping's ideas on the agriculture, the country and the peasantry of China, we should take comprehensive measures to solve the more serious problems on the agriculture, the country and the peasantry in our country.
