摘要 企业文化可理解为企业的观念知识与组织知识合成的知识系统,新型的研发(R&DII)可称为企业智力,企业的核心竞争力等于人才、企业文化和企业专属资源的结合。借鉴和类比关于企业的这些研究成果和经验,研究科研组织的文化、智力与桔心竞争力,应把科研组织文化研究当做科技文化研究领域的重心和专业实体。此外,信息技术在建设企业文化和增强企业竞争力过程中也起到重要作用。 This paper proposed a new understanding of corporation culture, corporation intellect and corporation core competitiveness. Corporation culture is understood as a combinative system of corporation's conceptual knowledge and organizational knowledge; corporation intellect refers to the new style of R&DII and corporation core competitiveness is a combination of talents, corporation culture and corporation's internal resources. It is suggested that in the field of science and technology cultural study, the focus should be on cultures with the research institutions as the research entity. In addition, the paper discussed the important functions of IT in the establishment of the corporation culture as well as in the process of strengthening the corporations competitiveness.
