自主性、能动性是市场主体内在质的规定性。经济转型期我国现实经济生活中存在的“市场失序”与混乱、扭曲等现象是主体性异变生成的。市场主体性异变是指在特殊的制度变迁过程中,市场主体性质发生了背离其内在本质规定特性的变化。这种变化是对市场主体本质特性的扭曲与异化,它严重危害着社会进步与经济发展。只有实行强制性制度变迁,加速有效制度供给,才能遏止主体性变异,走上主体性回归之路。

Market subject variation means that the nature of market subject deviates from the requirement of its inbuilt nature in the course of institutional transformation. This change is the distortion and variation of market subject. It seriously harms social progress and economic development. Only with mandatory institutional transformation and speeding up efficient institutional supply, can subject variation be stopped and can it return to a proper path.
