摘要
现代农业是一个开放的系统 ,农业可持续发展不仅受到内部资源要素的影响 ,而且还受到系统运行的机制和外部环境的制约 ,在外部环境变量的供给中 ,农业发展制度是一个重要因素。本文从制度角度分析了农业可持续发展存在的问题及影响 ,并提出了缓解制度约束的对策。
Modern agriculture is an opening system. Not only the natural resource, but also the mechanism of the agriculture system and the environment impact the sustainable development of agriculture. In all of the variables, the system is one of the most important. This paper analyzed the problems of unsustainable development agriculture and it's effect, and then supplies the policy.
