浅议大学生的基础文明教育

ON FUNDAMENTALS OF CIVIC VIRTUES EDUCATION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS

近几年 ,大学生的基础文明现状令人堪忧 ;有社会原因、大学生自身原因和学校忽视基础文明教育等原因 ;高校加强基础文明教育工作已成为迫切要求 ;高校可通过建立完善的规章制度、加强校风建设和学生行为规范养成教育等措施 ,加强高校基础文明教育。

The decline in fundamental civic virtue education in colleges and universities in recent years has aroused increasing concern among the public. It is true that the society and the students themselves are responsible for this phenomenon, but the negligence of fundamental civic virtue education on the part of the colleges has to be corrected. The urgent task is to reinforce fundamental civic virtue education in colleges and universities. In this paper, some measures are discussed and proposed.
