摘要
随着国际间文化交流的不断发展 ,电影作为一种重要的文化传媒 ,正日益受到各国的关注。电影的翻译既是介绍异域文化的一种简洁直观的手段 ,又是传播本国本民族文化的一个重要途径。而电影片名的翻译又是影片翻译中的重中之重。着重从语言、文化的差异及观众效应 ,即观众的期待视野。
As an important media for the cultural exchange,mov ie begins to attract every nation's attention and thus plays an important role in the cultural exchange.Therefore the translation of the movie,in which the transl ation of the movie title is vital,is viewed as the direct and easy way of introd ucing the foreign culture as well as spreading the national culture.This article ,from the angles of the linguistic and cultural differences and the effect of th e title on the audience--the audience's expectation,reception competence and their aesthetic judgement,tries to interpret the domestication and foreignizati on in the translation of the movie titles.
