高等教育发展最能体现“三个代表”的要求 ,因此 ,高等学校要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,把推进学校的创新 ,加快学校的发展作为学习贯彻“三个代表”的出发点和落脚点。
As the ideal embodiment of the requirement of 'three represents', the tertiary institutions in China should take speeding up their educational innovation and development as the starting point for internalizing and implementing the Party's 'three represents' theories.
