摘要
根据对一般效应及这些效应在模型中的特定值的分析,可以得出在封闭经济条件下对参与者和整个社会来说都有利的并购必须具备的条件。这些条件是政府制定并购规制政策的依据。
This paper considers the welfare implications of mergers between firms in the same country (national mergers) and in different countries (international mergers). Potential conflicts between national welfare and world welfare as criteria for merger approval are highlighted.
