摘要
弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫小说的背景有大环境和小环境之分。大环境一般具有象征意义,描写在力量或体积上超乎寻常的时代及自然背景,如:战争、大海。小环境借助家庭生活环境来揭示人物间的相互关系。本文通过对伍尔夫小说背景因素的分析,论述了背景因素对人物思想情绪的影响。
The background of Virginia Woolf's novels can be divided into macro-setting and micro-setting.The macro-setting usually has some symbolic meaning and can concretely show the time and natural conditions ,such as ,war,sea.The micro-setting can reveal the relationship between characters through daily life. This pa-per mainly discusses the effects of background on characters' feeling.
