硝酸甘油、硝苯吡啶治疗慢性肛裂127例

127 cases of chronical anal flssure treated via glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) and nifindipine

目的:探讨硝酸甘油、硝苯吡啶联合用药治疗慢性肛裂的疗效。方法:对采用硝酸甘油、硝苯吡啶联合用药治疗慢性肛裂127例和采用内扩约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂81例的临床资料进行对比分析。结果:采用药物治疗的治愈率达91.35％,复发率10.2％。采用手术治疗的治愈率91.5％,复发率8.64％。两组的治愈率和复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)结论:硝酸甘油、硝苯吡啶联合用药治疗慢性肛裂与采用内扩约肌切断术治疗的治愈率、复发率无显著差异。且药物治疗可明显减少患者的痛苦,没有肛门失禁的危险。所以该药物治疗方法可用以治疗初发慢性肛裂。

Objective: Explore the effect of applying GTN and nifindipine to the treatment of chronical fissure. Methods: Compare and analyze the clinical data of 127 cases of chronical fissure treated via the combinational application of GTN and nifindipine and 81 cases via internal sphincterotomy. Results: The healing rate of medicine application group has reached to 81.9 %, the recurrence rate 10.2%; the healing rate of operation group has reached to 91.35 % , the re-currance rate 8.64% . No remarkable gap can be observed between these two groups in data ( P > 0.01) . Conclusion: The healing rate and the recurrance rate of applying GNT and nifindipine combinatively to the treatment of chronical fissure are almost the same with that resulted from the operation treatment. What's more, medicine treatment obviously can lessen the sufferings of patients. Therefore, medicine treatment is recommended as the prime method in treating chronical fissure.
