人蛔虫幼虫分离制备的动态观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨L2 期和L3 / 4人蛔虫幼虫分离制备的方法。方法 运用肠液消化法、2 5 %NaClO(次氯酸钠 )处理法分离感染期 (第二期 :L2 )人蛔虫幼虫 ,对其结果进行了动态观察 ;并运用网筛悬挂法分离第三 /四期 (L3 / 4)人蛔虫幼虫 ,对分离结果进行了观察。结果  4h为肠液消化法分离L2期人蛔虫幼虫的最佳分离时间 ,分离率为 90 97± 0 0 8%。 3h是NaClO处理法的最佳分离时间 ,分离率为 4 9 2 2± 0 12 % ,肠液消化法的分离效率明显高于后者 (P <0 0 1)。 5h是网筛悬挂法分离L3 / 4期蛔虫幼虫的合适时间。结论 肠液消化法是分离L2 期人蛔虫幼虫的一种较为理想的方法 ;网筛悬挂法是分离L3/ 4期人蛔虫幼虫的一种有效方法。 Objectine To evaluate methods for isolating Ascaris lumbricoides L_2 and L_ 3/4 larvaes.Methods Using two different methods,the Intestinal juice digestion method and the NaClO curing method to isolate larvaes of A.lumbricoides,the infective second stage larvaes(L2) of A.lumbricoides were isolated and the results were observed dynamically;.L3/4 larvaes were however performed with the Sieve hang method and its efficacy was also observed.Results The optimal isolating time of the intestinal juice digestion method was 4 hours,its isolating ratio was 90.97±0.08%,while the optimal isolating time of the NaClO curing method was 3 hours,and its isolating ratio was only 49.22±0.12%,the intestinal juice digestion method was therefore significantly superior to the NaClO curing method(p<0.01).For the isolation of L_ 3/4 larvaes,the Sieve hang method,whose best result was obtained at 5 hours,was better than the cotton plug method.Conclusion The intestinal juice digestion method is optimal for isolating L_2 larvaes,while the cotton plug method is effective for isolating L_ 3/4 larvaes.
