在高热寒冷温差较大地区MEBO治疗烧伤创疡临床体会

Experience with MEBO in treating burns and wounds in the area where the ambient temperature is extremely high or low or the temperature difference in a day is great

目的 :临床观察MEBO在高热寒冷温差较大地区对烧伤和各种不同程度切口感染的治疗效果 ,为临床应用提供参考。方法 :全面复习 1990年 10月——— 2 0 0 1年 11月作者所治疗的门诊及住院 110 0例烧伤、皮肤擦伤、切口感染患者的临床资料 ,分析临床特点及转归、死亡的原因等。结果 :MEBO治疗烧伤及皮肤擦伤、切口感染、创面用药后疼痛明显缓解 ,渗出减少、活动不受限 ,且具有抗感染作用 ,愈合时间缩短 ,愈合后瘢痕增生挛缩不明显 ,毒副作用少 ,病人耐受性好。结论 :通过临床观察 ,MEBO是一种效果显著治疗烧伤、各种不同程度皮肤擦伤。

Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating burns and wounds with different degree of infection. Method: 1100 patients with burn, abrasive or incisional wounds with different degree of infection were treated with MEBO. The clinical data including clinical manifestation, result of treatment, and cause of death, etc. were analyzed. Result: After MEBO treatment, pain was relieved markedly, exudate was reduced, wound healing time was shortened, no restriction of activities occurred and no hyperplastic contracture formed after wound healing. MEBO has good anti-infective effect, no adverse effect. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating burn, abrasive and incisional wounds with different degree of infection.
