湿润烧伤膏加弹性绷带治疗下肢关节水肿创面临床体会

MEBO and elastic bandage therapy for treating lower limb joint edema wounds

目的 :探讨下肢跨越关节的肉芽水肿创面治疗和保护关节功能的方法。方法 :查阅我院 5年来 (1997-2 0 0 1)在烧伤创面治疗中发生的下肢跨越关节 (含膝、踝 )的肉芽水肿创面病历资料 ,其中采用湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)加弹性绷带压力治疗愈合者 2 6例 (共 30个创面 ) ,分析该方法对跨越关节的肉芽水肿创面的治疗效果和对关节功能的保护作用。结果 :本组 2 6例未经植皮全部治愈 ,并经一年随访无一例增生瘢痕出现。部分病例有局限性瘢痕 ,质软 ,关节无功能障碍。结论 :对跨越关节的肉芽水肿创面应用MEBO加弹性绷带压力治疗 ,有利于创面的自行愈合 ,对关节功能亦有良好的保护作用。

Objective: To find a method for treating lower limb joint granulation edema wounds and protect the function of the joints. Method: An analysis of the clinical data of the treatment of lower limb joints (including knee and ankle joints) edema wounds in the past 5 years was made. Result: 26 cases (involving 30 wounds) were cured by MEBO and elastic bandage therapy. No skin grafting was needed. After followed-up for one year, no hyperplastic scar formed. Only a few of them had local scar formation but very soft. No functional disturbance found. Conclusion: MEBO and elastic bandage therapy for treating lower limb joint granulation edema wounds can promote wound healing and protect the function of the joints.
