摘要
目的 研究芍药甙配伍阿魏酸对海马和隔区神经元的影响。方法 用新生SD大鼠的海马和隔区神经元进行体外培养 ,分别加入阿魏酸、芍药甙和阿魏酸与芍药甙的混合物 (配伍组 ) ,用MTT测量法测量培养神经元的光密度 (A值 )。结果 海马神经元A值在对照组、阿魏酸组、芍药甙组和配伍组分别为 0 .6 5± 0 .0 9、0 .73± 0 .11、0 .70± 0 .11和 0 .81± 0 .0 8,隔区神经元A值分别为 :0 .6 0± 0 .0 6、0 .6 7± 0 .0 7、0 .6 7± 0 .10和 0 .77± 0 .0 6。与对照组比较 ,阿魏酸组和芍药甙组的A值明显增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与对照组、阿魏酸组和芍药甙组比较 ,配伍组 A值明显增高 (P <0 0 1或 P <0 0 5 )。结论 芍药甙配伍阿魏酸可提高芍药甙对海马和隔区神经元的存活和生长的促进作用。
Objective To study effect of compatibility ofPeoniflorin with Ferulic acid on neurons of the hippocampus and septal area Methods Peoniflorin of Ferulic acid or Peoniflorin and Ferulic(compatible group) were put in culture neurons in hippocampus and septal area of newborn SD rat Then, culture neurons of the hippocampus and septal area was analysed by MTT measurement Result To compare with control groupes, a values of Peoniflorin group, Ferulic acid groupes, groupes increase significantly(P<0 05) To compare with control group, Peoniflorin group, Ferulic acid group, compatible group, A values of compatible group were increase significantly(P<0 01 or P<0 05) Conclusion Compatibility of Peoniflorin with Ferulic acid could increase efficiency that Peoniflorin promote exist and growth of culture neurons of the hippocampus and septal area
