非淋菌性尿道炎与单纯疱疹病毒2型感染关系的研究

Studies on The Etiologic Relation of Nongonococcal Urethritis to Herpes Simplex Virus Ⅱ

目的 进一步探讨目前我国男性非淋菌性尿道炎感染的病因。方法 用细胞培养法和免疫荧光法联合检测 10 0例非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU )组和 3 0例对照组患者尿道分泌物标本单纯疱疹病毒 2型 (HSV2 )。结果 结果 10 0例NGU标本中有 13例HSV2 阳性 ,阳性率为 13 % ,对照组HSV2 均阴性。结论 HSV2 感染与非淋菌性尿道炎发病有一定关系。

Objective To study the etiologic relation of male NGU to HSV 2 in China.Methods 100 specimens of NGU and 30 control specimens were detected for virus isolation using cell culture combining immunofluorescence method.Results HSV 2 was discovered in 13 specimens of NGU and the positive rate was 13%.But it was not discovered in control.Conclusion It was considered that HSV 2 was related to NGU in men.
