前列通瘀胶囊和罗红霉素治疗男性尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Qian Lie Tong Yu Capsule and Roxithromycin in Treatment of Male Postvenereal Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

目的 观察前列通瘀胶囊和罗红霉素治疗男性尿道炎后慢性无细菌性前列腺炎 (CAP)的疗效。方法 前列通瘀胶囊和罗红霉素治疗尿道炎后CAP 166例 ,观察用药前后CPSI、前列腺液中白细胞和卵磷脂小体、最大尿流率的变化。结果 前列通瘀胶囊能降低慢性前列腺炎的症状和前列腺液中的白细胞 ,增多卵磷脂小体 ,提高最大尿流率。罗红霉素能降低前列腺液中的白细胞 ,而无减轻症状、增多卵磷脂小体和提高最大尿流率的作用。结论 前列通瘀胶囊能有效治疗尿道炎后CAP。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule and Roxithromycin in treatment men with postvenereal chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP).Methods 166 cases diagnosed postvenereal CAP were treated with Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule and Roxithromycin.Studying the changes of Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(CPSI),white blood cells(WBC),lecithin body in expressed prostatic secretions(EPS),and measuring maximum flow rate(MFR) before and after treatment.Results Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule could decrease CPSI significantly,decrease WBC,increase lecithin body in EPS and enhance MFR significantly.While Roxithromycin only decreased WBC in EPS obviously,CPSI,lecithin body in EPS and MFR weren't obviously changed.Conclusion Qian Lie Tong Yu capsule is valuable in treating postvenereal CAP.
