摘要
龟头疣状黄瘤是一种少见病。患者男 ,5 2岁。包皮疣状皮损 2 0年 ,并缓慢增大。住院手术切除 ,病理证实为疣状黄瘤。术后随访 1年皮损无复发。
Verruciform xanthoma of balanus is a rare condition.A 52-year-old man suffered from verrccifom lesion,slowly progressive,on his penis for 20 years.After admission,the lesion was removed and verruciform xanthoma of balanus was identified in histopathology.The lesion has not recurred after following up one year.
