TNF相关的凋亡诱导配体及其受体与恶性黑素瘤的凋亡
TNF Related Apoptosis Induced Ligand and the Receptor in the Apoptosis of Malignant Melanoma
摘要
TNF相关的凋亡诱导配体 (TRAIL)及其受体 (TRAILR)是近年来很受关注的一组凋亡相关分子 ,目前发现的该家族成员包括TRAIL和它的四个受体。恶性黑素瘤细胞表面表达TRAIL和TRAILR ,并可以被其诱导凋亡。由于TRAIL仅能诱导转染细胞或肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,对正常的细胞没有细胞毒作用 ,因此在恶性黑素瘤的治疗中具有良好的应用前景。
